To UPLOAD a file from your COMPUTER to the WEBSITE
Find correct folder in left-hand column and left-click on it
Right-click in empty area in right-hand column
In the menu that appears left-click on ‘Upload files‘
In the window that appears left-click on ‘Select files‘
In the Explorer window that opens, find the file to upload and click ‘Open‘
To DOWNLOAD a file from the WEBSITE to your COMPUTER
Find folder containing file in left-hand column and left-click on it
Right-click on the file to download
In the menu that appears left-click on ‘Download‘
In the Explorer window that opens, find place to put file and click ‘Save‘
